Emails for new tickets

Maybe I’m missing something obvious, but is there way to send an email
out of RT when a new ticket appears in a particular queue?

It’s probably in the wiki somewhere, but generally there’s a global
scrip that notifies whatever audience you like on ticket creation. Looks
something like “OnCreate Notify Requestors, Ccs” and “OnCreate Notify
AdminCcs”.

You’ll find those settings under Configuration->Global->Scrips

I added in a user as an admin cc, then there should be a scrip in there
to “On create notify Admin CC with template transaction”
