Email to AdminCcs

Hi,

I am using rt-2-0-1-test3. I find RT won’t email to AdminCcs or Watchers
or Ccs. I see some concatenation errors in the log. What can I do to fix
this? It emails to requestor no problem. It also emails to the
requestor when I make a comment which is not what I want. It
shouldn’t email to requestor in comments. But I am not sure what I
need to do to change that. There is no script that allows
requestor for anything except on-create. Thanks.

It looks like you’ve set up a ‘NotifyAllWatcher’ scrip, either globally or
for your queue. That would definitely cause RT to email the requestor when
you make comments.
