Email not arriving at RT

Hi

I have just installed RT but when sending an email I receive the following
error.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Your smrsh isn’t configured to allow rt-mailgate to run. Read the
smrsh man page for how to fix that.

you probably need to link /path/to/rt-mailgate to /etc/smrsh/rt-mailgate
