I setup rt for a class and they would like to be able to use the e-mail
features of it, such as adding messages to a queue, adding users,
changing their passwords, etc,etc… Is there any documentation on this
anywhere? In the manual on the webpage
(Request Tracker — Best Practical Solutions) there is a section called “Email” that
is completely blank.
