I don’t know from which version of RT, but at least on 3.6.5 you can select from the gui, connected as root

I used a mix…

Mostly “dpkg -l | grep ” to find version info about items installed via apt. perl -V to get perl bits, and “locate CGI.pm | grep VERSION=” to find the versions of CGI.pm on my machine.

Hope this helps. Are you on Debian 4 as well?

Cool…so now we know how to get the info out. Now, how to fix this issue? Does something need to be upgraded? How can we debug this? Anyone?
