Editing the autoreply message

Hi, I am trying to edit the auto reply email that is emailed to the
requestor when a ticket is created.

I have edited the /etc/initialdata file but this
not seems to do the trick.

Can someone please help me with what files to edit?

configuration / global / templates
and edit Autoreply
