Each queue seperate email address

hi all,

am going to be using fetchmail to grab our mail from its location into
the rt server. currently have about 10 queus, with about 3000 users, i
would like to know which way would be more desirable

to have one email address rt@example.org, or to have
rt-queue1@example.org rt-queue2@example.org etc…

if i have only one email adress how would i propogate the emails to the
proper queue
