E-Mail subject is altered by comment or closing of ticket

Hi,

  1. Open a ticket on the WebUI
  2. E-Mail will be sent to admins
  3. Admin comments on it
  4. E-Mail will be send to creator
  5. Subject line is altered/characters are missing

What is going on here? Happens on a RT 4.4.2 (via apt on Ubuntu 18.04 VM) and 5.0.3 (via Docker)

interesting, do you have any custom scrips running? Or do you have some config values set related to the ticket subject?

Do you mean in this menu? Anything noticeable?

I don’t think I have config values set related to the ticket subject.
