A quick questionï¿½
Is there a way to send an e-mail to an rtï¿½s queue and that it would be
processed and entered as a valid request?
Example: Say I have a queue called q1 and that a user would send an e-mail
to email@example.com mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org and that RT would then go ahead and
process the e-mail and create a ticket number for that problem/person.
