A quick question�
Is there a way to send an e-mail to an rt�s queue and that it would be
processed and entered as a valid request?
Example: Say I have a queue called q1 and that a user would send an e-mail
to q1@domain.com mailto:q1@domain.com and that RT would then go ahead and
process the e-mail and create a ticket number for that problem/person.

RT does that by default. Go re-read the install documentation.
