Duplicate Ticke Creation Issue On Every Email Request From the Customer

Dear Team,

We are having the issue of duplicate ticket creation on every email request by the customer. Anyone please help to resolve a workable solution.

Have you looked at the mail system logs (to make sure you’re not pulling in the same email twice), the RT logs (turning on debugging if necessary to make them more verbose) and check you don’t have any scrips that will duplicate tickets for some reason.
