Duplicate correspondence

I’m surely missing something obvious here. Sorry if it’s in a doc
somewhere and I’ve missed it.

On a relatively fresh installation of RT, correspondences sent from the
webui are being registered twice for each ticket and being sent twice.

I’ve deleted all scrips and email stops going out (which is expected)
but the double correspondence added entries persist.

I’m using 2.0.9 (upgraded).

Any ideas?

are you seeing duplicate http posts for the things you’re submitting?
