We have an unprivileged user who created a ticket. An attachment was added by a privileged user that the ticket creator cannot appear to download, they can however see the attachment.Is there a minimum set of rights required for this user to be able to download? I would have thought view ticket summaries would be enough
I don’t think so. Can they click on the download link? Can you show a screenshot of the unprivileged users view of the ticket attachment?
I am curious if there is some kind of error when they try to download the attachment of RT just doesn’t offer a way at all
