Double Email Replies

Hello,

I have RT and the mailgate set up and functioning. Comments on tickets
are inserted as expected.

However, every new ticket results in 2 responses to the person who opens
the ticket. The responses are sent out at the same time.

I assume that this is due to a configuration mistake on my part. Can
anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

Check out your scrips… during upgrades I’ve seen them duplicate
themselves… so it’s as easy as removing the duplicate entries.

Agreed, this is what happened to my system during an upgrade also. I
had Scrips that said “From RT 2.X” and the standard ones both, so every
task was duplicated.

Easy to fix.
