Double comments

Hi,

This is not a pressing issue, but when I submit a comment to the RT

database it’s getting sent in duplicate. When I send a comment and
simultaneously resolve a request the RT manager send out THREE emails,
instead of the normal two emails. Did I mess up my settings or
something? Am I logged in twice or something?
