Hello all,
I’m running RT 2.0.11 and I just installed the PriorityExceeds condition
that is in rt-addons. However, it doesn’t seem to be working for me. I
modified the level as to when it should send notification to “7”, but I
didn’t think that would affect it. Does RT have to be restarted for
this to take affect? Am I missing something?
