Display a file in the Quick Search

Hello,

I created a new file but this one does not appear in the Quick Search
users with the right to see the queue on the home page. I do not know
what the right action.

Any idea?

It’s not clear what do you mean by “does not appear in the Quick
Search”, but I think you’re looking for RT configuration variable
“$HomepageComponents”.
