Is it possibile to disable the CC field in the default “New Ticket” form?
It is oftentimes abused and I’d like to make it impossibile to use.

I think the easiest method is to hide the field via CSS from the Admin->System configuration-> Themes page that being said I am not sure off the top of my head how to hide that row. You could also look to use some custom code or JS to hide it which will require adding files to RT
