Disable translation

How can the language standard set to English instead of auto detect the
language of the user?
In the Dutch language stands strange Dutch words which are not the right
translation for the English terms.

Set @LexiconLanguages to only ‘en’ in RT_SiteConfig.pm. But even better
would be a patch to fix up the dutch translation.
