I am trying to disable merge feature for all users and only allow certain users who will have a custom AllowMerge right assigned to them. Any guidance and ideas will be appreicated.
Hi, @hameedsudo, welcome. Try to unset AdminUsers right at https://$yoursite/Admin/Global/GroupRights.html for everyone/Privileged and set it to the appropriate group.
Maybe you must set/unset other rights.
