Differentiate CC and OneTimeCC in scrips

Hello,

In RT v4.4.1 is there a way to differentiate CC adresses attached to a ticket, and explicit OneTimeCC added on a reply/comment, in a scrip ?
I’d like them to have different templates for the message.

Is it the purpose of “CCs” and “Other Recipients” condition ?
It look like no as I still have the default “4 On Correspond Notify Other Recipients” scrip active, and CC are included in those Other Recipients.

You should use different actions
Notify Ccs action sends mail to Ticket’s Ccs
Notify Other Recipients sends mail to One-time copies
