Different subject "tags" per queue?

Has anyone hacked RT to allow for multiple subject tags (the 'foo’
part of [ foo #1 ]) in one
RT instance, perhaps by queue?

I’d be interested in any hack too if it’s not too hard. I’m still
learning this system, but it seems to make more sense to me.
