This is probably an easy one:

What is the difference between, “NotifyAdminCcs” and
NotifyAdminCcsAsComment"?

The difference is that the sender is in the first case
the queue correspondend address and in the second case it is the
queue comment address.

The problem behind this configuration issue is, do you want
the email reply of the recipent automaticly send
to the requestor?
