DependsOn vs. DependentOn

These mean the same thing! I think the latter needs to be something like
“IsADependentOf”, which is what it actually does.

I tried checking the bug list to see if this’d been reported, but it gives
me a page with just a title (http://rt3.fsck.com/NoAuth/Buglist.html).

DependentOn is misake and should never have been there.
“DependsOn” and “DependedOnBy” are the canonical right things.
