I have an unusual request (possibly!)… does anyone know of how to
remove attachments from tickets once they enter RT. I have tickets
coming through with attachments that are change request forms that
need to be updated eg: different revisions of the same file and change
managers are asking if they can just delete the attached file and
re-add.
