Deleting As SuperUser

Hello,

I am working on configuring rights for superusers and am not sure if i either do not have the permission or just cannot find the option to delete a ticket. I gave myself the “do anything and everything” right under global group rights but am unsure how to delete. Our system admins do not have the shredder enabled, not sure if that has something to do with it.

How do i delete tickets?

If you mean actually removing the ticket from the database, as opposed to having it have a “resolved” or “deleted” status in the lifecycle), then that’s what the shredder is for.
