Hi All
1% of all my tickets are SPAM and they are all on SPAM queue. These are
the tickets that slipped thru my filter and users dropped them to SPAM
queue manually overtime.
I am wondering what is the fastest way to clean the SPAM queue which has
3000 tickets. Doing the `Update All tickets at once’ through web gui may
take up lot of resources, I guess.
Thanks

I would use Ruslan’s RTx::Shredder. It’s on CPAN.On Wed, Jan 25, 2006 at 03:49:28PM -0500, Asif Iqbal wrote:
