Delegate permissions

Dear All

I would like a RT user to delegate his permissions (role) to other users if
he/she is out for a meeting or is on vacation. I couldn’t find such a
feature in RT. Kindly let me know if I missed something.

Configuration → Global → Group Rights → ( give DeletegateRights
and AdminPersonalGroups to desired groups )

Preferences → Delegation
