Defult transaction template problem

Hi all,
i have a little problem with the Default transaction template. When a user send an html formatted message to my queue, in the auto generated message with default transaction template, the link "Ticket: URL:http://************* " dont work.

Why?

Can you elaborate on the link not working? Is it actually generating a
link with asterisks? Can you give any examples? Does the requesting
HTML email have a text\plain alternative? (That point may be
unrelated, but it can hurt to ask…)

My best guess is this is just Outlook’s brokenness on not fully
comprehending URLs. If it only highlights a portion of the URL, then that
would support my theory. Regardless, if the URL is properly constructed and
works when cut and pasted into a web browser, then this is not an RT
problem but an MUA problem.
