I can’t seem to find a way to get the date/time in the log file to be
in the local timezone as opposed to UTC time. It may be a system thing,
or a perl thing rather than just something in RT since a new process I
tried using Mime::Lite is sending emails with UTC dates as well.
However, dates/times displayed in RT are correct, just the log file is
wrong.
Any thoughts on what I should check? TZ is set to :US/Central, perl
has d_setlocale set.
Thanks!

There is a note on this in the Gossamer Threads archive, see:
Apparently this behavior is correct.
