Date Configuration...?

Hi all,

I have a problem, may be silly…can any one help me out?

  1. Can I set the starts, started, due date for a Queue or it has to be
    done manually for each ticket by the Queue Admin?

  2. How to set it for a ticket?

  3. Will this date specification will be informed to the Requestor via
    RT?
