Dashboards - limit permissions

Hello,
How can I limit permissions to a specific group so that only they can see the new dashbaord (RT System’s dashboards)?

Currently, all “Privileged” users can see all dashbaord (RT System’s dashboards).

Hi.

You can set “Privacy” in “Basic” tab when editing a dashboard.

Pre-conditions:

  • Your user must be in that group
  • Check permissions for that group:
    1. Edit group.
    2. Group Rights tab
    3. Add group (search for your group)
    4. Mark permissions needed (it’s like a recursive task). I usually mark:
    • ShowSavedSearches
    • SeeGroupDashboard
    • SeeGroup
