DashBoard create rights

Hi,
I am trying to configure Dashboards to all the users in my system.

How do I assign the global right : CreateDashboard to all?

I have a LOT of users in my system and it is hard to open Configuration/Global/UserRights.html and assign each one of them this right. Sometimes the system crashes just trying to list out all the users in this page.

Is there a simpler way?

login as root of rt and create a systemwide dashboard: tools,
dashboards, new and in privacy, choose rt system’s dashboard.
