Hi,
RT uses a ticket number in order to associate email correspondence with
issues in the system. This number is preceded by a name / identifier. I
want to change this name into something else, currently it is my
hostname. It may sound stupid, but I really didn’t find out how to do
this in the wiki, in the interface or in the archives of the mailinglist.
Although this most likely is very simple, I can’t figure it out. Any
help is appreciated!
