We are running RT3.8.1 on opensuse 11; PERL 5.10; mysql 5.0
I want to know if there is a way to customize QueryBuilder
page?
Specifically, I am interested in the drop down box where it
has “Owner”, “Creator”, and “Last Updated By”
I want to remove these options, and only want to have single
entry of “Owner”
Any one here knows how to do this, or if there are any docs
on how to accomplish this, please guide me in that
direction. I did see the document on how to customize the
"results" page, but that is not what I am after…
