there are only the default RTIR queues, showing respectively linked tickets [if there are].
Where could I configure other queues to be displayed?
I have one queue with same lifecycle of Incident Reports, populated by specific incoming IoC, and I would like to see linked tickets to an incident in the same page. When I link a ticket on this queue, the ticket results linked to the incident from its page, but it will be very useful also to see the link in the opposite direction, from incident to the linked ticket in the custom queue.
