Customize 10 newest unowned tickets

I want to customize the " 10 newest unowned tickets" to include a
quick-delete button, and to show the requestors email-address (or even
better, the email without @domain.tld)

Is there any template-file I can edit to make these changes ?

I’d like to know how to do something similar where I could add a
“resolve” link beside “take” so that simple problems can be marked as
resolved quickly.

Just edit the search (click the box title, and then Edit Search) and
save it. If you do it as root its a global change, as non-root
if can only save to a self-named search, and then you need to
add that to your RT at a Glance.

Thank you, but theres no option for Quick Delete. This would be very helpful to delete spam and duplicate messages quickly.

You can create whatever sort of link you want in the advanced editing
of the format,
but if spam is your concern see:

I already have a decent spamfilter at the mailserver, but it is the 1-2% of spam always getting trough the filters I’m after. And they have to be manually deleted.

I cant seem to find the advance editing, or the correct url for quick delete a ticket. I would like something like PerlDESK where you can tick off with checkboxes multiple tickets in the front page, and then choose an action (delete, change priority, change ownership etc)

The point there is to automagically sort them into their own queue.
You then periodically review that queue as part of doing a bulk update
on it to delete/reject the tickets.

Making myself understood: FAILED.

I’m talking about the few spammails that will always get trough the spamfilters, that cannot be automaticly put in its own queue for spam. 1-2% of spam has to be removed manually… there will always be some spam messages getting trough.

I need a how-to implement the button in the 10 newest unowned tickets (i.e. right after the ‘Take’ button) that immidiatly delete the ticket and just refreshes the index page.

I do not have a solution, but 1-2% miss rate is pretty bad. A
good Baysian filter should give 0.01-0.02% miss rate.
