I can quite easily create forms to customise (per queue) the data entry
for a ticket on “Ticket Creation” (email data into RT).
However, I would like to do something similar when modifying existing
tickets. It sounds like something that should be possible (if not easy)
but I can’t find any information on it.
Is it indeed possible, and if so is there anywhere I can go to for more
information?
