If you use “Link values to” in ticket-CF you’ll get a nice HREFed CustomField when displaying a ticket.
If you add this CF to the colums of a result it isn’t HREFed. You get the plain content.
I found the question 14 years ago answered by “write a callback for the columnmap”.
I’m wondering if there is no other solution meanwhile. Is it really that uncommon one has to write an own Callback?
