Is there an addon/contrib program that can be set up to periodically
send out a customer survey to the requestor of a ticket?
I need to start tracking my tech support’s efficiency and this seems to
be the best way of going about it.
One approach that comes to mind is to create a Unix script that sends
out such a survey, with an appropriately forged return address, and
have your ticket-close scrip schedule it with “at(1)” for a few days
