Custom user feedback rate

Hi All,

I would like my clients to able to feedback a ticket based on rating
that they would just select when a ticket is resolve. With this I would
be able to measure the feedback to my clients based on this. I don’t
know if this is already in place on RT but it would be nice to know if
someone could point to right direction.

Did you find any solution to this problem ? I’m also interested in this feature in rt

I think to do this you would either need an HTML template that send out as an email asking the client what they thought of the help they received. Or create a custom page that asked for the rating and then updated the corresponding ticket.
