Custom user dashboard?

Hi All,

New user to RT.

I am looking for material around how to create custom dashboards? For example I would like to see a tables or charts showing:

Number of resolved tickets within due date
AND
% of resolved tickets within due date

Is this possible?

I had to create custom Searches using the Search Builder, save them, and then, in my Dashboard, click on Edit at the top right hand corner and then load those saved Searches. Hope that helps, can’t help you with the details right now.

Thanks Tan33, I have worked out how to do this:

AND Due <= ‘Today()’

The above seems to be bringing back the correct results. Just need to workout how to use the ‘-7 days’ function.

I believe “7 days ago” will work for you.
