Custom Ticket Lifecycle

Hello,

I would like some help to create a lifecycle for one of my Queues.

Reading through https://docs.bestpractical.com/rt/4.4.2/customizing/lifecycles.html i feel like i need a hand to plan transitions and actions, to create a fitting lifecycle.

In summary, id like to combine the use of rt-crontool to automate ticket transitions through the lifecycle, namely when a ticket is not updated in 1 week, transition it, then if not updated in 2 weeks, transition it again etc…

Anyone want to take this offline and help me build this?
