Need some help understanding
This code snippet runs fine when script is fired using the “Normal” setting but when set to “Batch” it creates an MTA error 75.
In addition I would like to now what I am doing with defining the From address.
From:{$Ticket->OwnerObj->RealName . ‘<>’} — outputs “Joe Smith<>”
and I would like to have in the From field “Joe Smith jsmith@domain.com”
Subject: CSI AutoReply: {$Ticket->Subject}
From:{$Ticket->OwnerObj->RealName . ‘<>’}
Reply-To:{$Ticket->OwnerObj->EmailAddress}
