Custom Signatures per Queue

Hello,

For a given user / group how do I customize the signature per queue?
Is it possible to set a signature for a Queue and have a user
signature appended above the Queue signature?

There is no direct RT support for this but a lot of inspiration could
be had from the BrandedQueues extension.
