Custom script to assign queues

I was wondering if anyone had a custom script that would do the following:

On Create
Look at what the end of the email address is,
If it is “example.com” move to queue ‘example’

I’d be inclined to do this with procmail in front of rt.

Does procmail take the place of sendmail? Or does it co-exist?

sendmail can use procmail as a local delivery agent.

I wrote some spam filtering scripts which could easily
be modified to do what you want. Let me know via
direct email if you’d like a copy. I’ll send you a
copy and instructions on how to make it do what you
