Custom response to ticket

Hi all,

I created queue “Sales” and I am trying to create custom response to it.
I made template “probni” and Scrip:
On Create Autoreply To Requestors with template probni

but still I receive default response. How should I change it ?

What are the other scrips you have, specialy Global?
