Hello there,
I did some research about the possibility of creating custom fields on the approvals queue, but I didn’t find anything useful. I did try to create some ticket custom fields, and applied them to Approvals queue, but when the approval ticket is created, I did not see the custom fields I’ve created.
Is there any way I can do this kind of functionality ?
What I’m trying to achieve, is to have a dropdown custom field for the approval tickets.
