Custom Field not Reflecting in RT GUI

Hello Team,

We created a custom field by going through below steps and linked to specific queue. But, unfortunately it is not reflecting in RT GUI. Please help us troubleshoot…

Admin --> Custom Field --> Create

Note: This custom field is applied to Tickets


  1. We are using RT 4.4.
  2. I am a privileged user in RT and created custom fields on numerous occasions in the past without any issues.

Finally, got the root cause! If custom field is empty, it is not reflecting in ticket
