Custom field default value

Hi,

i am using RT 5.0.3 in production and a 5.0.4 as test instance. In the test instance i created a custom field and used a default value which appears correct when a ticket shows up. In my production instance the same custom field with the same predefined values does not show the default value though it is set.

I used the “ComboBox” type with some predefined list entries for it.

Any hints on that issue? Did i mis something in the relase notes (changes) from 5.0.3 to 5.0.4?

Problem solved, was no problem. Without exact explanation it works now. :slight_smile:
