I am wondering if there is a way to enter multiple items with column headers when creating a ticket.
For example, I would like to create a queue for purchase orders and when someone creates a ticket, they will need to enter a list of items that they would like to purchase, e.g. Item-name, quantity, cost, part-no. This is currently achieved with an excel file attachment and I was wondering if there was anyway of doing away with the excel file and achieving the same with custom fields?
